Nature of Services

DESENO Media Agency Pvt. Ltd. provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

  • Branding & Design

  • Content Creation

  • Consulting & Strategy

As these services involve strategic planning, manpower allocation, creative effort, and execution time, refunds are limited and governed by the terms below.

Advance Payments

All service fees paid in advance are considered as booking and resource allocation charges.

  • Once a project has commenced, advance payments are non-refundable.

  • If work has already started (strategy, research, ad setup, design, consultation, etc.), refunds will not be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation in writing via email.

Before Work Commencement:

If cancellation is requested before the project start date, a partial refund may be considered after deducting:

  • Consultation fees

  • Strategy preparation charges

  • Administrative costs

After Work Commencement:

Once execution has started, no refund will be issued for:

  • Ongoing monthly retainers

  • Campaign setup

  • Design, video, or content production work

  • SEO implementation

  • Website development milestones completed.

Monthly Retainer Services

For monthly marketing retainers:

  • Payments are billed in advance.

  • Refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle once work has begun.

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.

Performance-Based Expectations

Digital marketing performance depends on multiple factors such as:

  • Market conditions

  • Competition

  • Algorithm changes

  • Client responsiveness

  • Ad budget

We do not guarantee specific results such as:

  • Fixed number of leads

  • Guaranteed sales

  • Specific ranking positions

  • Revenue commitments

Refunds will not be provided based on performance expectations unless explicitly agreed in a written performance-based contract.

Ad Spend & Third-Party Costs

  • Advertising budgets (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) are paid directly to the respective platforms.

  • These amounts are non-refundable once spent.

  • Third-party tool subscriptions, influencer payments, printing, or media buying costs are non-refundable.

Project-Based Services (Website / Branding)

For milestone-based projects:

  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.

  • If a project is paused or terminated midway, payment for completed work must be cleared.

  • Source files, credentials, or final deliverables will be handed over only after full payment.
