Viraj Estates is a Nashik real-estate group with 40+ years of redefining luxury living. For their flagship — NIRVAAN Residency, an 18-floor high-rise of 3, 4 & 5 BHK duplexes — the existing digital approach was reaching too wide. Broad targeting brought volume, but very few sale-ready buyers for a ₹5-crore home, and the cost per genuine enquiry kept climbing.
